During this prep I havent been to hungry but once in a while I am. For the lower carb days I have been snacking on steam zuccini. Just add garlic and salt and it does the trick.
i have been doing ezekiel wraps with a variety of peppers and red onions stuffed with either beef or chicken. the peppers and onions have been doing a great job of keeping me content. now if i could just find a subsitute for peanut butter cravings.............

Oh man! Same here!! I usually eventually just have to switch to almonds - I get out of control with the PB.....

i just stopped buying it...i use flax and fish oil and then get a red meat meal in each day but joes has my fats ridiculously low right now so it's not like i have to gulp flax all day
