In thinking about what I need to pack for the competition I have come up with the following:
- 2 Suits (if my 2nd one EVER comes!!) - 2 copies of music on CD - Hand towel - Bath towel - Tanning supplies (whatever came with Jan Tana) - Food (not sure exactly what) - Water - iPod / book - cash - razor - Anything else? APercocet perhaps - HA
Do I need bands or anything like that or does Warren provide good equipment?
In my last contest, Joe took really good care of my foods for that day. It was a f-cking break from all of the hard work I put in. I hada bout 6 meals in a giant cooler, and most came in handy. Listen to the Joester. He's a monster on details. He will set it straight and you'll have questions, but he has the answers. Good luck!

Thanks - appreciate it. I've listened to everything so far and don't plan on deviating from that. Glad to hear he brings it home on the last day as well though.
I have a HUGE list - but it involves a lot of makeup, which you don't really need....LOL
So: change of clothes for going out after old towels small pillow/blanket (like travel size) so you can lay around & relax at the venue take warm clothes with you in case the venue is cold flip flops to wear around the venue camera for your wife to take pics!
And make sure your carry-case has a lock, cuz you never know!

For hotel: (hotel sheets/towels are usually WHITE) Dark sheets/blanket for the bed Dark towels to use You own pillows if you prefer or dark pillow cases for the hotel pillows
**When booking a room, ask to reserve a refrigerator for the room and/or a microwave.
Notes: If you are going from a hotel to the venue, then you want your stuff with you - primarily all your food (COME COMPLETELY PREPARED AND SELF-SUFFICIENT HERE dont assume you can find food where you are going. Or at least hit the local grocery store for anything you need. Don't add in any food you haven't eaten recently because it will most likely bloat you since your body isn't used to processing it.)
Also in your bag bring: - all your makeup - for touch ups or if you have to do your makeup there - hair stuff - spare protan or whatever you are using to touch up -- also rubber gloves & the little touch up brush if that's what you are using - spare safety pins - probably needle & thread - sweat suit or something you can put over your posing suit and stay warm and / or comfortable if you aren't on stage or getting ready for on stage - nothing valuable -- there may be some jerk wandering around stealing stuff from people's bags. - cell phone & numbers of anyone you are meeting or need to rely on or coordinate with - directions to the venue if you don't know how to get there - any receipt or anything for registration - your stage number if you got it at weigh-in the night before or whenever you did that - a couple spare hand towels - change of clothes if you want them -- depends on between shows , after shows what you are doing -- the sweat suit works well for the between show part but if its hot you might want something lighter. But also remember you are plastered in protan - dont' want that to rub off or start running
Can't think of anything else right now. Basically you want everything with you that would prevent a bad situation. Backup everything, some clothes, all your food, etc.
But definitely you can call ahead to the show coordinator and ask them what the schedule is and what you should be prepared for, i.e. when to have your makeup etc done, ready to go. NOt every show is the same so you really need to be prepared for any situation.

wine!!!! Actually-there was talk that it sprung veins-but I think thats BS. I drank it strictly for soothing effects. Veins are a bonus, if in fact it did work.
I formatted the list that Jen put together but am not able to upload it. If anyone wants it - just send me your email address and I will send it to you.
