OK - since Jen started - I'll follow up for me. Looking at suits. Was leaning towards BBing.com - any other suggestions? Looking for a suit that is withing the norm of what most are wearing - but don't think I can pull off the REALLY super thin sides. Also do they normally run big / small. I'm right at 32 waist - and anticipate loosing a bit more but probably won't get down to 30 which is the next size down. Know darker colors are better (black / navy blue). Any suggestions welcome.
I'll have to say from an audience standpoint - don't get trunks that are too big in the butt. I've seen some guys who look like they're wearing a diaper onstage. And that is a terrible look.

The posers I wore in both comps were from bb.com. They are relatively inexpensive, they are "regulation" (front seam) and they are pretty sturdy--wash and wear well. Dark colors work well--between the tanning and glaze and sweat, lighter colors can look bad by the evening finals.
