competition bug

How many ppl have done multiple shows in a year?

Do you find it hard to maintain condition?

I keep playing with the idea of doing two more shows this year.  One on September 8th and the other on the 22nd...but I'm not sure if it is wise of me to do that.  I've been dieting for 18 weeks and I'm ready for my show next week.

I guess its a personal decision I have to make but any input on multiple shows from other people would be great.  Thanks,Dwayne.

not that I have a ton of experience with this, but I know someone who did two shows in a month and came in second in the first and took the overall and first place in his division a month later while competing in an NPC show naturally. I think it can be done.

Hey Win,
Even as I have been bitching and moaning about dieting all year long, I am actually thinking about doing another one on 10/6 in NJ.  It's INBF though.

I know how you feel fitmom.
I want to get into my offseason already and increase my calories and get stronger iin the gym but I know three more shows strung week by week iin September that I'm interested in coompeting in (INBF also).

I think I'm just going to take it day by day. Its the last week of prep before the OCB MidAtlantic so I need to keep focus on the task at hand before venturing off onto the next project.

OOOH but its so tempting!!!

I have officially gotten "competition fever"!

So I officially signed up for the the following show on September 15, 2007 today:

INBF Long Island Experience in Port Jefferson, Long Island...45 minutes from my parents house. So I have a place to stay for the night.

I think that's it for me for at least a year to two years. I'm totally overwhelmed with the results from the MidAtlantic Show.
