Posing is the key to your success on show day.. From beginners to pro's take of advantage of this time to master the craft and to look your best while making it look easy!
It will be a minimum 2 hour class covering the following; practicing posing instruction,contest simulation,and posing routines.
All federation types of posing are covered.
Cost per athlete is $30.
If you can not make it to a class, I do offer one on one sessions for bodybuilding and figure posing.
