Side Lats good – very challenging. Flat Bench and Pec Dec – GREAT. Upped it so very happy. Great pump! Hammer Curl, Close Grip and 1 Arm Cables were all really good and was able to up Close Grip a bit. Just a great workout – thanks to ALL OUT!
