Ok, what odd/crazy thing have you tried or have heard that people have done in thinking it will improve your physique for competition?
I guess the problem I have is that too many people think they need to do extreme stuff for results. Well, I have had my best results with myself and clients be keeping things simple and not trying to trick the body.
For me, when I first starting competing I use to drink wine!! Not sure why, but I thought it would help. If anything it was with nerves. And during those days, cutting water the day before was normal practice!
Ive heard of people sitting in a sauna to drop weight, wearing plastic suits to lose water and also.....from experience doing 2 hours of cardio everyday eating chicken and brocolli only for 8 weeks;)
would drop at sodium week of, take dandelion root 3x's daily week of, stop all water 12pm friday, redwine w/ creatine & glycerol ****tail night before show and while pumping up
i did all those.
funniest one i heard...hemroid (sp) creame on your "tough" spots LOL

Hahahaha. Another "roid" in the bb mix! Geez. Funny.
I was on a ketogenic diet for about 3 months in prep for my first comp--will never do that again. It made me pretty miserable, and the results weren't great; at least not worth the misery.

Cindy would beat the ever living out of me if I was on a diet like that. She makes sure that I have had "my feedings" before we go out on Saturday mornings.
