Posing classes set for July 10th, 31st and Aug 21st

I will be hitting the July 31st. posing class. I also plan on training shoulders and biceps at Cornerstone between 12-1:30 if anyone wants to train with me let me know.

I am flying in for the class and I will be at the gym early - I may only do cardio though, but I will see you there.
