Contest prep foods that fill you up!

During this prep I havent been to hungry but once in a while I am.
For the lower carb days I have been snacking on steam zuccini.  Just add garlic and salt and it does the trick.

I snack on cucumber with hummus......I do measure the hummus, however....

And I've relied on salads as a go-to meal.....you get a lot of volume for not a lot of cals.....

Oh man!  Same here!!  I usually eventually just have to switch to almonds - I get out of control with the PB.....

i do have a receipe for pancakes that you could actually eat right now:

1cup dry oats
1cup fat free cottage cheese
6egg whites
cinamon (i use 2tbsp)

mix real good and cook in pan/skillet just like regular pancake mix.

i won't make them right now because i now i would use too much PB.  otherwise they really fill you up.  heck my son loves them too biggrin
