I'm intrigued by this. Is it for natural training or otherwise? What does it entail?

MY OPINION ON THIS...(just my opinion, may not be fore everybody...)

After dieting for umteen weeks on healthy whole foods, getting to your best condition EVER, why would I want to put **** into my body that is unpredictable on how I'm going to react?

Only exception would be the semi-**** which is also dependent on person to person, like a small half a sandwich with white bread.

Tell you what, I used Pringles at my last show in Long Island last year...big mistake! I don't think it really killed me since I had condition already but to tell you the truth I knew I wasn't at my best.

At the MidAtlantic, I stuck with a small sandwich, and some Newmans own dark chocolate (healthy), and some mini rice cakes, and raisins, and my oatmeal pancakes with peanut butter.

Now I process carbs well but none of those carbs were PRINGLES and I had much better condition when I used the healthier stuff.

So NO JUNK LOADING for me! Not anymore.

How about junk load in moderation? Well, if you train with me, I feel that is the best way. As you can have more carbs, salt and fat the morning of the show.

If you go overboard you can spill over, get sick, and feel bloated.
But the one thing missing here is this.  For this to work, you need to be super ripped.
