After the contest

I read a post on another site in which it detailed a bunch of thngs you should do after the contest is over (aside from eating like a horse). Are there things anyone does that would help put on more muscle in the upcoming 2 weeks after the contest? I was thinking of redoing creatine with 20g of waxi after my workouts. Anynone?

Hey, whats up,
I think that you will fill out once you start to include higher calories again but if you go overboard you will gain fat. Its a slow process. The rebound after a show is just a rebound and it goes away after a little while. So in 2 weeks, could you fill out your water and glycogen? Yes. In 2 weeks would there actually be more muscle? Probably not.
I remember gaining ten pounds after the show last year but it all went away once I went back to my regular diet. They day after the show, I full, veiny, it all looked great but it was temporary. If I kept eating like that, I would definitely had gotten fat.
If you are getting ready for another show though, I'd say have your break but get right back in the saddle for the next show ASAP and think muscle maintenance, fat burning.

Exactly what I did Dwayne. I am now back in full swing, doing the things I did before the last show, and retooling my "arsenal" of fat burning and muscle maintenance.

I am thinking of using a different fat burner...any ideas?

Sorry, I'm not a good one to ask for fat burner advice. I usually just rely on the diet and training. But I have heard good things about Dialene.

Maybe others can chime in here.

Right now, what is hot, VPX Meltdown, ALR Venom, Dialene 4, and Recreate.
I tried them all except the Venom, and would like to try that one soon.
